The third Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the Erasmus+ KA2 project STELLA was successfully held on June 25 – 28, 2025, in Larnaca, Cyprus, hosted by Active Zone Outdoor (AZO). The meeting brought together representatives from all partner organizations in Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Malta, and Portugal to review progress and plan the next stages of the project.
Discussions during the meeting focused on the project’s key work packages and deliverables. Partners reviewed the overall timeline, reporting processes, and the implementation of local workshops, while also exchanging updates on the development of the STELLA Toolkit. This educational resource is being designed to support youth workers in raising environmental awareness through sports, combining practical tools with innovative approaches.
In addition, the meeting agenda included planning for upcoming dissemination activities and the final international events. Partners shared strategies for enhancing outreach and ensuring the project’s impact reaches a wide audience of youth workers, organizations, and communities across Europe.
The next TPM will take place in December in Portugal, hosted by Synergia, where partners will present project results and policy recommendations derived from the experiences and findings of the STELLA initiative.
